Today I decided to spoil my guys little bit again. Its Sunday – a cake day – after all 🙂
You know that I don’t like complicated or time consuming recipes.
This one is bullet proof tip for a banana loaf ready and out of the oven in only 45min 🙂
Yes, it is that quick!
And I bet you that you have all ingredients at hand right now! (Ok, I actually found out in the middle of preps that I had just 1 egg and had to run down to convenient store… haha)
140g butter (softened at room temperature)
10g vanila sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 very ripe banana (mashed)
Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy and then add the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add part by part. Mix well. Add the mashed bananas. Mix well.
Pour into the tin (I butter the tin and use flour to cover the sides of tin so it doesn’t stick) and bake for about 30 mins. That’s it!
Yes, it is that simple!
